Malaysia's F1 Lotus test session ends in disaster

Lotus Racing’s second day of official Formula One testing at Jerez lasted just 30 laps – after Heikki Kovalainen crashed the new T127 machine into the tyre barriers in wet conditions.

Williams driver Rubens Barri-chello was fastest as wet conditions again hampered the teams, who have just two more days in Jerez and next week’s test in Barcelona before the season-opening race in Bahrain on March 14.
